Charlotte NC Prenatal Massage…Who to Choose!?

Every expecting mom deserves a prenatal massage! Your body goes through so many changes and your skin is stretching to accommodate that new little human. I remember my skin getting so itchy when it was stretched so thin in that last stretch of pregnancy! Like everything else, there are a TON of local options for where to get a prenatal massage. I gathered some information from local moms to help make the decision a little easier. I scoured several moms groups and searched old posts to find out just WHO was recommended the most for their amazing massage skills!

First recommendation:

Blume Well offers prenatal massages and also labor induction massages (after 37 weeks). She is located in Charlotte on 5200 Park Road Suite 131. Her massages start at $72 for a 45 minute massage and she offers a few different time length options. (Trust me, you’ll want at least 60 minutes!!) She was recommended by many mothers!

Dr. Elizabeth Sol is another prenatal masseuse who was recommended repeatedly. Her office is called Sol Family Wellness and she has two different locations that she operates out of- you can find them on her website. One is in Charlotte and the other is located in Indian Trail. She also states on her website that she can do first trimester massages and is comfortable with high risk pregnancies.

Dreamspace Studio is HIGHLY recommended by local Union County moms. Her studio is located in Monroe and she has 10 years experience with massage. Her massages start at $75 for 60 minutes and she also offers 90 minute massages for $100. She is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist and also does reiki and yoga.

Viumbe Wellness is located in Charlotte and offers prenatal massage as well as labor induction massage. She even states on her website that prenatal massages can shorten labor time. (Should have signed up for 17 labor massages myself!) She got nothing but rave reviews from local moms. Her massages start at $85 for 60 minutes.

The last recommendation is Monroe Massage Yoga. If you are local to Union County, this could be an amazing option for you! Mom’s raved about Tyler and his ability to make them feel amazing during and after their massage. Pricing starts at $45 for 30 minutes and 60 and 90 minute massages are also offered.

I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the massage businesses listed above! I wish you the most relaxing and rejuvenating prenatal massage experience!! If you’re ready to think about maternity or newborn photos, please feel free to contact me!
