Are you planning a baby shower or maybe a first birthday party and want a balloon arch to snap up your space!? I have looked through MANY recommended balloon artists around the area and there are four artists who’s balloons clearly stood out among the crowd!
Although you could take the less expensive route and try your hand at your own from Amazon.. it might just be work it to fork over a little extra to have it down to perfection for you. I don’t know how you deal with the stress of planning parties, but I get stressed and all the little things truly add up!
Balloons in Charlotte NC…. The Posh Balloon
First up is The Posh Balloon. Jordyn owns this company and has been running her business since 2020. She offers jumbo helium balloons, grab and go balloon sets and custom installations.
I have personal experience with her, she did a balloon wall install with me for Easter minis one year and it was amazing! She is sweet and bubbly and the balloons were a million times better than what I could have done myself. They also lasted a LONG time after sessions were already over which is a nice bonus!

The Balloon Wrangler is located in Charlotte and you can tell that she truly loves her balloon art! I haven’t met her personally, but she looks like someone I would love to be friends with! She offers custom installations, helium balloon bouquets, and grab and go installations! She is also willing to create installations around particular props you may have already for your party! She is highly recommended on all of the mom’s groups I am in and from what I’ve seen, I’d definitely trust her to do her thing! Her grab and go installs are picked up in Matthews, NC and she does have a minimum of a 12 foot custom installation if you want to be able to customize a balloon arch! Her balloons typically last 6-8 weeks indoors, but less outdoors since the weather can effect the balloons.

Confetti Castle brings all the BIG and glam balloon arches, walls, and installs to Charlotte, NC. Tiffany is the owner and “Queen of Big Ideas” according to her website. They offer epic garlands— want balloon arches down both your front porch columns? Done and done. A gorgeous custom set to announce the entrance to your baby shower? Absolutely! The sky is the limit to what she offers. She also offers celebration backdrops which are a little different than a standard balloon arch. Decorating a hoop or creating the perfect photo backdrop area for your event? She’s your girl! Confetti Castle also offer party decor options that are gorgeous and colorful. If you like loud colors and a lot of fun, that seems to be her style! She does offer grab and go options as well for balloons, bouquets, or balloon arches.
